Launching a UGC campaign with ttagz is a breeze, but to ensure you get the most out of your campaign, it's essential to set it up correctly. Let's walk through the process using a Coca-Cola as an example to illustrate each step.

Here's How to Get to Your Campaign Dashboard

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard

  2. Click Campaign.

1. Brand Details

Before diving into the campaign specifics, let's start with the basics:

Brand Name: Enter the name of your brand. For our example, this would be "Coca-Cola".

Instagram Handle: Input your brand's official Instagram handle. For Coca-Cola, it's "@cocacola".

Campaign Description: Craft a compelling description that will entice users to participate. For instance:

"Snap a pic with our refreshing can, share it with loved ones, and win a year's supply of Coca-Cola! Quench your thirst for creativity and capture the fizzy fun. Get ready to sip, snap, and share the joy with CocaCapture. Cheers! ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿฅค".

2. Campaign Configuration

This section allows you to define how your campaign will function:

Campaign Status: Set the status of your campaign. You'll see a purple slider button, make sure this is turned on (hint: slide it to the right)

Button Text: Define the call-to-action for the button which opens the camera. For our example, this could be as simple as "Open Camera", or you could say "Hit Me!", the choice is yours.

Image Recognition Options: Here, you can select the AI parameters for content verification. This ensures the content aligns with the campaign's theme. Coca-Cola might choose 'Can' as their AI tag.

To give you a clearer picture, here are some of the AI tags categorised by sectors:

  • E-com: Flowers, food, faces, shoe, perfume, digital watch, ring, sunglasses, dress.

  • FMCG: Wine, beer, ice cream, sweets, soda, bacon, sandwich, cake, chocolate, pasta.

  • Entertainment: Dog, bike, cinema, popcorn, hot dog, bowling, cat, mini golf, festival, theme park.

  • Hospitality: Beer bottle, beer, pizza, burger, cocktail, wine, alcohol, bar, restaurant, neon.

  • Travel/Tourism: Beach, pool, bikini, bike, boat, tent, hiking, sunset.

  • Sport: Football, swimming, cricket, basketball, hockey, stadium, baseball, American football, cyclist, athlete, tennis, volleyball.

Voucher Mode: If you're offering vouchers or rewards, configure them in this section. You can upload voucher codes or set parameters for how they're distributed.

For more information on how to format and upload codes, rad our Prepare Codes for Upload guide.

3. Gallery Customisation

This section is all about visuals. You can upload or change images that represent your campaign. These visuals give users a clear idea of what kind of content you're looking for and can serve as inspiration.

  • Logo: Upload your brand's logo. This ensures immediate brand recognition when users engage with your campaign.

  • Background Image: Choose a background image that complements your campaign's theme and aesthetics.

  • UGC Example Images: Upload four previous user-generated content images that your business already has. These serve as examples, giving users a clear idea of the kind of content you're looking for and setting a benchmark for quality and creativity.
