In this guide, we'll walk you through the three main features of the ttagz dashboard to get you up and running in no time.

1. UGC Feed

Your UGC feed is the heart of your ttagz experience. Here's what you can do:

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard

  2. Select UGC Feed

  • View Content: See all the content created by users in real-time. This is your window into the authentic experiences and stories your customers are sharing.

  • Download & Share: Found a piece of content you love? Easily download it for your records or share it directly to your brand's social media channels, amplifying the voice of your customers.

2. Campaign Creation Page

Every successful UGC initiative starts with a compelling campaign. Our campaign creation page is your toolkit to design campaigns that resonate.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard

  2. Select Campaign

  • Web-app Campaigns: Set up your campaign specifics, from start to end dates to the finer details.

  • Voucher Code Upload: Have special offers or incentives? Easily upload voucher codes to reward users for their content.

  • AI Image Verification: Select the AI parameters you want the user content to be verified against, ensuring brand safety and relevance.

  • Branding: Make the campaign truly yours. Upload logos, select brand colours, and add previous UGC to ensure your campaign aligns perfectly with your brand identity.

3. Email Creation Tool

Communication is key. Our email creation tool ensures you maintain a personalised connection with your users.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard

  2. Select Email

  • Custom Emails: Design custom emails that reflect your brand's voice and messaging.

  • Automated Responses: Once a user completes all campaign steps, such as content creation and sharing, they'll receive your custom email which can include your voucher code, or confirmation of entry to your competition.
