Engaging with your audience after they've contributed User-Generated Content (UGC) is pivotal. With ttagz, creating the perfect email to do just that is both intuitive and efficient. Here's how you can craft an email that resonates.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard

  2. Click Email.

1. Choose Your Email Type

Upon accessing the email section of the dashboard, you'll find a variety of email templates:

Competition Email: Ideal for notifying users of their successful entry into a competition.

Voucher Code Email: Use this when offering unique voucher codes to each participant. Ensure you've uploaded your voucher codes in the campaign section first.

Standard Code Email: Perfect for when you're providing a generic promotional code for all users, such as "ttagz10". All you need to do is replace the text within the custom email to your own code.

2. Use Voucher Codes

For the Voucher Code Email, it's crucial to embed the {{serial_number}} merge tag. This will automatically fetch voucher codes from your uploaded list, distributing them sequentially until depleted.

The Standard Code Email simply requires you to input the promotional code you wish to distribute.

3. Personalise with Your Business Name

To make your email feel even more tailored, include your business name by inserting the {{incentive_provider}} merge tag. This ensures that recipients immediately recognise the sender and feel a direct connection to your brand.

4. Advanced Customisation with HTML

For brands seeking a bespoke email design, ttagz offers the option to input your own HTML email code. If you've crafted an email externally or desire a specific layout, paste the HTML into the designated dashboard area for a unique touch.

  1. Within Email.

  2. Select Source Code Button (Image below)

  3. Paste HTML code into pop-up box

5. Preview and Send

Always preview your email before dispatching. This step ensures all elements, especially merge tags like {{serial_number}} and {{incentive_provider}}, function as intended. Once content, send your emails out with confidence!
